Grad House

Live close to downtown with other upper-year students

The stately Grad House is home to 13 students during the academic year. You'll find it on Sexton Campus near the recently constructed Emera IDEA and the Richard Murray Design buildings, and close to the O'Brien Dining Hall.

Grad House features large single rooms furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.

Grad House is one of our non-traditional options, which means there are no residence assistants and a meal plan is not required.
