Summer Accommodations

Final payment is due in at time of booking and any remainder is due upon arrival.
Full payment is required to secure a room.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10:30 a.m. Additional charges may apply if room is not vacated by 10:30 a.m.
Minors (18 years or younger) require supervision of a chaperone (19 years or older).

9 1免费版下 is a non-smoking environment.
9 1免费版下 is not responsible for lost, damaged聽or stolen property.
Pets are聽not permitted聽in residence facilities with the exception of working animals.
Due to fire regulations, cots, cribs聽and air mattresses are not聽permitted in residence rooms.
Children over the age of 10 must have their own bed.
9 1免费版下 reserves the right to change or cancel your accommodation reservation by providing written notice no later than 5 days in advance of your arrival date. If your reservation is changed, should the alternative accommodations be unsatisfactory, you may cancel your reservation and 9 1免费版下 will refund your monies paid in advance, if applicable.
In the event of a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of 9 1免费版下 (such as any strike or other labour difficulty, fire, storm, flood, etc.), 9 1免费版下 reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice and without compensation.

All group bookings must be confirmed with a required deposit and a signed contract issued by Event & Conference Services.
The minimum chaperone-to-minor ratio is 1:8.
Cancellation notice must be provided within聽90 days (depending on arrangements with Conference Services) prior to the date of arrival or a fee聽for the group will be charged to the client.
