The Carol Sing, a much-loved Dal holiday tradition, returned this week after a two-year hiatus — delivering a big dose of festive cheer and yummy treats as yet another eventful year on campus draws to a close.

Supported by alumni, friends, faculty and staff, 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ led an effort that raised more than $70,000 to ensure that student nutritional needs are met through the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ Student Union Food Bank and the 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏ Agricultural Campus Food Pantry.

Each year, in honour of the women killed at École Polytechnique in 1989, 9 1Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂ’s Women in Engineering Society hosts a memorial to commemorate the victims and showcase the resiliency of women in our society.
