Please be advised that effective Wednesday, July 8, 2015, members of the Agricultural Campus will have more options for submitting service requests for Facilities Management Services (i.e.: Custodial, Project Services, Thermal Plant and Trades Maintenance) as this function will be assumed by the Client Reception team based in Halifax.Ìý Along with calling 902-893-4630, you will now be able to call (902) 494-3345 or submit maintenance requests by email to fmclientreception@dal.ca. ÌýFor clients with access to the FAMIS self-serve web page, please note there will be no change in the current process.Ìý
Client Reception’s normal hours of operation are 8:00 am to 4: 15 pm (these phone lines are also monitored by Security Services after hours for urgent issues).
General inquires relating to existing service requests/work orders can be directed to the Client Reception group via the same contact information noted above.Ìý Should you have a specific inquiry relating to Custodial, Planning, Project Services, Thermal Plant or Trades Maintenance activities at the Agriculture Campus, please contact the following individuals directly:
